If you see and enemy and he sees you, act as if you didn’t see him and go around a corner. The enemy will thin you did not see him and will pursue you. As soon as he comes around the corner, take him out.

Black Ops: Reflections on Oingle’s First Year, Knife Only Hanoi 21-6 (Gameplay / Commentary)

My first gameplay video was posted March 16th, 2010. It’s been a great year. I did 52 videos in 52 weeks, including this one. It was a slow start and towards the end I did alot of experimenting with different in game setups (sniper only, knife only, silenced sniper headshots only, hipfire silenced pistol only) and different ways to present the gameplay (montage, daytage, commentary, high action commentary, dual commentary).

I never expected to “make it big”, but I have to be honest, I thought that I would have more than 100 subscribers by now. So I am giving up on the idea that this will reach alot of people.

So instead of trying to make this channel more professional by coming out with consistent quality gameplay at a regular rate, I am going to be more casual. I will put up clips and gameplay when I get a good game, or when I collect a series of interesting clips. But I am not going to try to make it happen.

I am going to go back to gaming for fun and making videos for fun, instead of “working” at it.

I started all this because I love it, it’s fun and entertaining. And I wanted to reach out to the gaming community. None of that has changed.
